experience, at the Christmas Market in Hullavington Village Hall on
Saturday from 11am to 2pm. The WI café will serve home-made soup and
rolls, tea, coffee and cake. In addition to the traditional craft
and gift stalls there will be Christmas cakes from Nick Fry, and a

stalls include the Jolly Tots and Happy Caterpillars, and, with an
African theme, the Embu project. Proceeds from the event will be
donated to the Williams Syndrome Foundation.

Moggy Mystery Deepens
Max, an eleven year old ginger cat belonging to Tina Bennett of
Watts Lane, has returned after disappearing for 17 weeks. “I have no
idea where he’s been,” said Mrs Bennett. “I was delivering something
to a nearby house when I turned round to find Max sitting patiently
by my dog Saffron. Although he was hungry he was not thin, so I
think someone must have been caring for him.” Was this you?
Parish Council News
Hullavington Parish Council was pleased to welcome two new co-opted
members at their meeting last Wednesday. Peter Mitchell from Frog
Lane and Nick Fry from Hill Hayes Lane have now brought the Parish
Council up to full strength.
