The Mt Zion Music Extravaganza took place on Friday 9 Feb in Hullavington Village Hall. It was an eclectic mix of music that proved a huge success with the audience. The hall was packed to capacity and beyond. At a rough estimate there had to have been over 150 present to hear the Mt Zion Choir, The Mt Zion Singers and The Rock of Life band entertain their audience. The occasion was part music fest and part celebration of Pastor Vin Greenman’s 70th year on God’s earth. Well done to Mt Zion, it was a very good evening, and happy 70th to Vin.

Music Monsters, a new group for pre school children, starts in the village hall from Monday Feb 24th at 9:30am. In each workshop the youngsters have the opportunity to explore their world and music, in an assortment of ways by singing, dancing, listening to music etc. For more information or to book your free trial contact Henrietta on 01666 838634

Hullavington Film Club The next film is on Wednesday 27th  Feb. All are welcome. So why not stroll over to the village hall and watch a recently released film, in pleasant company, sitting cafe style around tables and sipping a glass of wine on a bring your own basis. The film received wide acclaim by the critics. It's about a horse and it 'really takes the biscuit'. If you are interested please contact one of the committee members (you can find the names and contact details on the village website) or just come along on the night. Doors open at 7 pm for teas, coffee etc and the film starts at 7:30pm sharp.

The Rosemary Conley diet and exercise class (Tuesday evenings 7 - 8:30pm in the village hall) is going from strength to strength and the group have had to take over the whole hall to provide more space. So do The Archers reflect life or does life reflect The Archers? If you don't want to do the diet bit you can just turn up for the exercise part. Anyone interested in joining this class should contact Roz on 01249 654845
