Women's Institute Scrabble
Two members of Hullavington WI who entered a Scrabble contest at Hook  Village Hall were first and second in their group.

Children's Music Workshop
A "Kids Music Night" will take place from 7:30 to 9pm on Friday 5 October at the Star Inn Hullavington. Instruments and tuition will be provided. For further details or to make a booking, ring (01666) 837535.

Ladies Pamper NightDon?t forget the Ladies? Pamper Night on Friday 5 October at  Hullavington Village Hall. Try a range of therapies from 7:30 to 9:30.  Tickets, which include a glass of Bucks Fizz, are £7.50 for the evening. Di Thompson (01666) 837782 can give you more details.

Parish Council The next meeting of Hullavington Parish Council will be on Wednesday October 10 at 7:30 pm.

A decade of Rambling
To mark the 10th anniversary of Hullavington Ramblers, a walk along the  Kennett & Avon canal  from Bath to Bradford on Avon is planned  for Sunday 4th Oct,   For full details about the walk and why it has  been chosen as a commemorative walk, see

Village trip to London There are still a few places left on the coach for the annual village trip to London. The coach leaves Hullavington at 8am and drops people off at selected places in London, returning from Hanover Square at 8:30 pm to arrive back in Hullavington by 10pm. The price will be around £16 per adult and £8 per child depending on numbers. Gentle Yoga A 'gentle yoga' class will take place in Hullavington Village Hall, for  beginners and those with mobility problems. This new class, on
Wednesdays from 11:30 to 12:25, will be in addition to the normal yoga
