If there are any generous glaziers out there who could help us out, please contact me via email or telephone. Thanks. Mount Zion Church holds evening worship at 6.00pm on Sunday evening at Grittleton Village Hall, whilst their Young Peoples church normally meets every Sunday morning at 10.00am at Grittleton Village Hall. Village Website Thanks very much to those who have provided feedback on the new website – thanks to both of you!! Your feedback is very important, and the web-team really do want to know what you think so that they can develop the site in a way that meets your needs. The website was set up for a number of reasons, including; Improving communication between the Parish Council and the village; to provide a community information hub for the village, that all with access to a computer can use; to promote the start up of new village interest groups where a need has been identified; to promote local businesses from baby sitter to shop, from Post Office to decorator and to promote the heritage of the village. The site is well worth a visit – the people section contains an interview with Ron Bye, the village history section is fascinating and the diary is filling up. You can find the site at www.hullavington.info 200 Club Winners for March were, Joan Trevett - £50.00, and Margaret South - £25.00.
As always, I will continue to add details of forthcoming events. Please let me know if you would like your news item, or event listed here. Heather Stokes (01666) 837039.
