WHAT ARE THE CLASSES ALL
ABOUT?
We are here to help you lose weight and get fitter in the easiest way
possible. Lots of members say they have tried every diet in the book and
wished they had joined us sooner. Our classes have a friendly atmosphere
and are good fun!
WHAT'S THE DIET LIKE?
Rosemary’s Diets are low in fat, healthy eating and you should not go
hungry. You can prepare quick convenience meals or if you have time to
cook there are many delicious recipes.
I'VE NEVER EXERCISED BEFORE, WILL I COPE?
YES! We will encourage you to work at
your own pace, building it up gradually each week, the class is split to
cater for all abilities and various fitness levels
WHAT DO I NEED TO WEAR AND BRING?
Anything goes, wear something
comfortable, t-shirt, leggings or tracksuit bottoms plus trainer type
shoes. Please bring a small bottle of water and a towel / mat for floor
exercises.
The Class begins at
7pm, then its half hour weigh in – then certificates and 5
minute talk the exercise is 45 minutes and caters for all levels and
abilities. Exercise starts at 7.45 – we would welcome exercise only
members and they are more than welcome to stay for the talk – we would
ask that they get to the class about 7.30
Members who are exercise only don’t have to pay the £10 membership as
this is for the Diet Pack
