The London Trip 2008

Saturday 29th November. 

Due to popular demand (this will be the 6th time)  Melvyn is organizing another of our London Coach Trips. 

The Coach will  pick us up from Hullavington at 8:00am and will drop people off at selected places in London.  The pick up point for the return will be  from London (Hanover Square) at 8:30pm. We are usually  back in Hullavington by 10:00pm 

This leaves the day  free in London  for: sightseeing, shopping,  theatre matinees, football matches. museums or whatever else you want to do.

The coach will have an on board toilet.

We aim to keep the cost as near to that of last year as possible, ie: £16 per adult and £8 per child.  There is no profit made on this  and the final cost will depend on the  numbers wanting to go and the price Melvyn can negotiate for the coach hire.  In the past Melvyn has managed to negotiate a very good rate and issue a refund. But this year  that will be more difficult  as the cost of fuel has risen so much.

At the moment we are asking for an expression of interest only  to get a feel for the numbers. If they are in the same order as for the last 5 years then  we will definitely go ahead. In the past we've  had  more wanting to go than we had seats on the coach for. So, to avoid disappointment, please let Melvyn of myself asap  know if you are interested.  Remember at this stage we are only asking for an expression of interest and you are not committing yourself to anything.
