Hullavington to Corston and back

Commemorative Walk No. 2
(This is a repeat of the first-ever walk on Saturday 4th October
1997)
Meet:
11.00 am outside the old Queen’s Head, Hullavington
Details:
Leisurely local walk of 5 miles total going over The Downs to Corston
and returning, using the newly-opened route skirting
West Park Wood,
on the other side of the Gauze Brook valley. If the weather has been wet then
be prepared for some mud. Due to the sensitive security situation in the
terrain to be covered, the taking of
photographs will not be permitted.
Lunch:
Radnor Arms, Corston - we should be there about 12.30 pm if anybody wishes to
join for lunch.
