We will run every Tuesday from 10 o’clock until 11.30
in term time at Hullavington village hall. This half term will run from
the 27th Feb through to the 27h March 07.

| The main people involved are:
|
Cost- The Cost per session is
£1.50, plus an extra 50p for each additional child over 1 year. This
covers the cost of the session, refreshments and any craft activities.
|
Sign In- Please sign in each week at
the beginning of the session so we can prepare your refreshments for
break time. Please also read any notices which will be in the sign in
book each week.
|
Supervision- We do need to stress it is
the parents/carers responsibility to ensure the children in your care
are supervised at all times.
|
Safety- For safety reasons please keep
children out of the kitchen and always accompany them to the toilet. Be
aware of little fingers in doors and make yourself aware of the fire
exits.
|
Volunteers- We would welcome help from
parents to set up and clear away toys each week, and to make the
refreshments if needed. We are happy to organise a rota system and
anyone wishing to help, please write your name in the sign in book.
|
Damaged toys- please bring it to our
attention if you notice a toy is damaged or broken. We can then ensure
it is removed or repaired before the next session.
|
Accidents- Please report any accidents
or injuries which happen during Jolly Tots to us. There is an accident
book in the kitchen.
|
Fire- In the event of the fire alarm
sounding, please exit through the nearest exit and assemble in the car
park next to the boundary wall until the all clear is given.
|
Your Input: We would welcome any
suggestions from you. We are running this group for you. If you would
like to see certain toys, songs, crafts please let us know and we will
evaluate every suggestion. We would also welcome your fundraising ideas
as these will be needed to improve the group as we grow.

Hire: If you are thinking of having a
children’s party we are happy to offer the toys and or tables and chairs
for hire at a small fee and returnable deposit. Please ask Sharon or
Nicky and we can discuss the possibilities.

Birthdays- Please let us know your
child’s date of birth; we will endeavour to mark this event if we are
meeting the week of their birthday.
|

- 27th February Messy Fuyn! This weeks Craft Activity will be
pancake decorating. We also have Anna Durrant, our local
photographer coming to take natural shots of our tots, the photos’
will be available to purchase. Anna has a website with a secure link
where she displays all photos, there is no hard sell. Any sold will
earn Jolly tots 10% commission.
- 6th March Craft Activity will be Palm printing and painting.
Kate Ayliffe is coming with Phoenix cards, stock up on those
birthday cards.
- 13th March Craft Activity will be paper flower making in
readiness for Mothering Sunday.
- 20th March This week the craft activity will be Easter card
making. WSe also have Julie Spurway our local nursery nurse coming
with her baby scales, and to chat about any concerns you may have.

- 27th March Craft Activity will be Egg Decorating
Easter holidays – end of term - 3rd April and 10th April - No Jolly
Tots these weeks. Jolly tots returns on the 17th April.
Thursday 29th March Tots night out This is
one for the grown ups. We will be having a ‘few drinks’ at the
Smoking Dog in Malmesbury from 8pm. You are very welcome to join us,
the more the merrier. There will be some transport available, ask
either Nicky or Sharon if you need a lift.
