  • Low Impact fitness  6:30 to 7:30pm

Exercise your whole body. Great for muscle tone

  • Mat based Pilates  7:45 to 8:45pm

A class to strengthen core postural muscles, increase flexibility and correct posture whilst reducing stress levels

  Friday:

  • Body tone circuits  10 to 11am

     strengthen and tone major muscle groups great for weight management and body shape
     
  • Tai Chi Fit  11:30 to 12:30pm  cancelled due to lack of demand

Enhance your energy levels and reduce stress whilst strengthening muscles. This exercise is suitable for all

  • Mat based Pilates to Start on January 9th 2009 from 11:15am -12:15am.
