But I think it's days are numbered. Click (HERE) for details

New Fitness Class starts in Hullavington Village Hall on Tuesday May 6th , 6:30pm to 7:30pm.   This is a low impact fitness class run by  Andy who is a fully qualified   fitness trainer.  He will take over the village hall on Tuesday evenings from 6:30 until  10:30pm   where he  plans to  run different types of fitness classes  tailored to suit whatever demand there is in the village. This can include low impact, the more intense aerobic levels, circuit training or even low intensity  exercise for those with restricted movement. He can provide a personal  fitness instruction.

His first objective is to provide an exercise class to  fill the exercise gap left for when  The Rosemary Conley class abandons  Hullavington.   I believe Andy plans to  a fitness routine not too dissimilar to  that of Lyn's low impact Body Skulpture class that we had  before Rosemary Conley.  But as said above he will tailor the class to suit  the requirement

He is also looking at taking a Friday morning session  too.  The full details  will be published shortly . Watch this space.
