Action Report from the above Meeting

(i)                   Saplings growing between the Poplars on the Village Green – Cllr Hadley was to investigate this but will be absent from this meeting.

(ii)                 Damaged Bench – Order placed with Macemain and delivery will be to Cllr Bawden’s residents.  Further quotations are awaited for the removal of the old and installation of the new bench.

(iii)                Stiles on footpath that runs past the school – Cllr Hadley to report to the next meeting

(iv)                Community Area Plan – Report from Cllr Fenner

(v)                  Fence around play area – Report from Cllr Gough

(vi)                Trees on the Green – report from the Council

(vii)               Bus Shelter Polycarbonate – Invitations to quote have been sent out.

(viii)             New Notice Board – Order placed, notice board received and erected

(ix)               Illegal parking  at The Parklands – This has been reported to the Police – update from the Clerk

b)       06/01169/FUL – Rear Conservatory at 1 Hill Hayes, Hullavington - GRANTED

  • Applications received

(i)                                                                         06/01537/FUL – Demolition of existing dwelling and erection of two new dwellings and garages at 2 Newtown, Hullavington. To be discussed at this meeting

(ii)                                                                       06/01316LBC & 06/01317/FUL – Erection of conservatory to house and glazed link to both and associated alterations at Surrendel House, Hullavington – The Parish Council Planning Sub-Group recommend to SUPPORT this application.
