Action Report from the above Meeting(i) Saplings growing between the Poplars on the Village Green Cllr Hadley was to investigate this but will be absent from this meeting. (ii) Damaged Bench Order placed with Macemain and delivery will be to Cllr Bawdens residents. Further quotations are awaited for the removal of the old and installation of the new bench. (iii) Stiles on footpath that runs past the school Cllr Hadley to report to the next meeting (iv) Community Area Plan Report from Cllr Fenner (v) Fence around play area Report from Cllr Gough (vi) Trees on the Green report from the Council (vii) Bus Shelter Polycarbonate Invitations to quote have been sent out.
