Hullavington Annual Parish Meeting

The following will make reports to the Village meeting and be available to answer your questions:

  • The Parish Council

  • Our District Councillor

  • Our County Councillor

  • The Head Teacher of Hullavington School

  • Malmesbury Police

  • The Village Hall Project Group

  • The Hullavington Transport Rep

  • The Hullavington Rep to the Malmesbury surgery

Local Groups will also report on their activities e.g The WI  will report on their goings on  and their project for improving the look of the village

If other village groups would like to make a report and/or to inform the village of their activities, we would be delighted to add you to the list. Please contact the Parish Clerk if you wish to be included (see below for contact details).


The Chairman of the parish council, assisted by the other parish councillors, will report on, amongst other things:

  • The overall activities of the parish council

  • The village survey and action plan resulting from it.

  • New waste fill site

  • Development of Latimer Pond

  • The village web site

In addition:

  • Your District and County Councillors will report their activities

  • The local police will provide an update on the policing of our area

  • The Village Hall Project Group will report their progress, what the new hall will look like and the schedule for rebuilding it

  • The village transport representative will report on the exciting new initiative for this area

  • The Malmesbury Surgery representative will provide an update

  • The local Emergency Plan coordinator will provide an update of the plan

  • The Head Teacher of Hullavington School will report on aspects concerning the school




If you wish to raise subjects for discussion at the meeting, please inform the Parish Clerk by 18th April so that it can be included on the agenda
