Minutes of the Extra-ordinary Budget Meeting of Hullavington Parish Council held on the 30th November 2005 at Hullavington School that commenced at 7.30pm

Present: Councillors: Mrs M Bawden, B Fenner, E Gough, F Haffenden, W Harmer, Mrs S Webb (Clerk) 

Apologies: Councillors: Mrs S Greenman, P Hadley, T Redman, G Stokes 

Public Question Time
There were no members of the public present.

In the absence of the Chairman, the Vice-Chairman took the Chair.

1. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
None received


2. BUDGET FOR FINANCIAL YEAR 2006-2007
Councillor Fenner (RFO) briefed members and enlightened them with regards to the information he has previously circulated.

a) Documents previously circulated were: 
· Current forecast for year ended 31st March 2006
· Statement of Account Balances
· Budget Worksheet showing Income and Expenditure over the past 6 financial years, including the forecast for 2005/2006.
(A copy of the above three documents are attached to the master copy of these Minutes)

b) Budget figures for 2006/2007.
· Budget figures were agreed against previously used titles; and
· The RFO will provide a draft budget showing suggested reserves for consideration at the Meeting of the Parish Council scheduled for the 14th December 2005.
