MINUTES OF THE EXTRAORDINARY MEETING OF HULLAVINGTON PARISH COUNCIL

HELD AT:      Hullavington School                                          

DATE:                        Wednesday 20th October 2004, 7.30pm

PRESENT:      Cllr. Gough (Chairman) in the Chair

Cllrs. Bawden, Fenner, Hadley, Haffenden, Harmer, Redman.

29 members of the public attended.

 

 

1.       APOLOGIES

Apologies were received and accepted from Cllr. Greenman and Cllr. Stokes due to work commitments.

 

2.       DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

There were no declarations of interest regarding items on the agenda.

 

3.       Appointment of representative to the Village Hall Management Committee

 It was resolved that Cllr. Haffenden would be appointed as the Parish Council’s representative on the Village Hall Management Committee.

 

4.  Consideration of planning application number 04/02869/FRC Consultation by the Forestry Commission on a woodland grant scheme application, Farleaze Farm.

The Council resolved that it had no comment regarding the above application..

 

5.       Finance

The Council discussed changes to existing expenditure and possible new projects with a view to cutting the budget to reduce the impact on the Parish of a possible loan for the Village Hall.  Figures attatched.

 

The Chairman thanked everybody for attending and closed the meeting at 9.45pm
