Wednesday 14TH March 2007 to commence at 7.30pm.

In the absence of the Chairman and Vice-Chairman a Chairman needs to be
appointed for this meeting.

3. To receive Declarations of Interest in accordance with the Local Councils
(Model Code of Conduct) order 2001
4. To receive as a correct record the Minutes of the meeting held on the 14th
February and the Minutes of the Extra-ordinary meeting held on
the 28th February 2007.

* Letter to WCC copied to the County Councillor regarding surface dressing
adjacent to the School/Cemetery gates and pot holes at Hill Hayes Lane – Reply
circulated
* Letter written to Mr Miles regarding reserved burial plot
* Letter to Ms Pepperdine regarding tree/shrub planting in cemetery
* Letter written to Mr Strong regarding Poplar Trees on the Green
* Order placed for ‘A’ type notice board and letters of thanks written to
occupants of the Garage
* Introduction pack ordered and received from WALC
* Sodexho requested to sign contract for grass cutting
* Standing Orders amended and circulated
* Grants/Donations agreed at the last meeting – Those chosen have been written
to requesting for financial and background information on how a grant will be
used. (as per Standing Order 82e)
* Organised a play area inspection with Wicksteed
