Hullavington Parish Council Meetings

  • I've revamped the parish council section of the website as it was driving me crazy.  In future  this page will contain  only  the Agendas and draft minutes of  PC Meetings in the new table format  below.  There are some gaps and I'll try to get copies of the missing minutes  to complete the set.

  • The 'Parish Notices ' page will  no longer duplicate  this aspect and is reserved  for  non-meeting notices and information the PC wishes to disseminate to the public. If  anyone has any  comments or ideas for improving this section of the website please let us know

The routine monthly PC Meetings are held on the 2nd Wednesday of the month  with the exception of August when there is no PC meeting.  The advance dates for  meetings  also appear in the diary section of this website. ...(View)

Notice of any Extra-Ordinary PC Meetings  are provided by the PC  in the form of a notice displayed on the village notice board.

The Annual General Meeting  is held in May of each year  and is normally scheduled immediately prior to the routine May PC meeting

The Annual Parish Meeting is chaired and organised by the  PC, and is usually held around April time.  

Meetings are normally held in the Village Hall and begin at  7.30pm. Press & Members of the public very welcome. The first 15 minutes of the meeting is for the public to raise issues and have their say.
