Complaints have been received  that dog excrement is being  deposited in  the waste bin located  adjacent to the Telephone Box.
 

The PC wishes to point out that, although some areas do allow  the normal waste bins to be used for the disposal  of dog excrement, this is not the case in Hullavington and you are requested to use the RED Dog Excrement bins that are located around the village.

If dog excrement is deposited in the normal waste bins, the  people who normally empty them refuse to do so.   The bins  then overflow with rubbish and start to smell
