A Meeting of Hullavington Parish Council is to be held at Hullavington Village Hall, on Wednesday, 19th September 2007 to commence at 7.30pm.

Public Question Time – To receive questions from the public (limited to ten minutes in total).  Every attempt will be made to give accurate answers to all questions.  However, on some subjects further research and consultation with the appropriate bodies may be necessary following which a response will be offered as soon as is possible.

To confirm that all actions allocated to the Clerk from the previous meetings have been carried out - this included:- 

·       Progress on the safe routes to school Initiative;

·    Removal of trees across footpath leading to the school.  Possibility of Highways ownership;

·     Mrs Whitehouse to return the signed authority to withdraw de-mutualisation funds from the Portman;

·    Ashford Homes Developers, Watts Lane site – wording and positioning of sign.
