• tea & coffee available prior to the official opening  from  about 7:15 pm

• a display  covering the work of the Hall Project Team, similar to that  on view during the hall open days in  August this year.

• a PowerPoint presentation   covering the  3 halls that have stood on the site  and  a word or two about the positive  impact the new hall has already had on the Hullavington community
